Choose Seated Massage or Table Massage
Currently, in Sydney, the seated massage option is our most popular corporate massage service due to the fact that it enables session lengths as short as 5 minutes. If you prefer longer sessions, that focus on more than just the neck and shoulders then we also offer table massage in Sydney.
Three Seated Massage Options
We offer three types of seated massage in Sydney:
- Standard
We use a purpose built massage chair that we set up in a meeting room or a quiet part of the office, and your staff can arrange their own session times using either an online of hard copy booking system that we give you. - “At Desk”
For this option, the employee receives their massage at their own desk. They simply place their head on a specially designed headrest. You don’t need to organise a schedule, because the masseuse can simply move from one employee’s desk to the next. (Although we can provide you with the scheduling service if you would like one.) This option is especially good for call centres. - Deluxe
This option is done on a specially designed chair and includes relaxing music, and aromatherapy, as well as a survey to collect your employee’s feedback.
Table Massage
We also offer longer massages that target more than just the neck and shoulder areas, and take place on a proper table. We recommend a session length of at least 20 minutes. You have the option of specifying whether employees may take their clothes off or they must remain fully clothed, and whether oil can be used or not.

Employees Pay A Massage At Work
If your employee wellness budget can’t accommodate the cost of paying for all your employees in Sydney, then an alternative is to offer them the opportunity to pay for their own massage at work.
One of the many ways to do this is to have a schedule where each time (weekly or monthly) a different set of employees receives a free massage, but every month those who are not scheduled to receive one can choose to pay for their own.
Employees use our online booking system to schedule their office massage and pay for it by credit card, PayPal, or they can pay with cash on the day. Seated corporate massages are 20 minutes long (adjustable). It’s best to set up the seated massage chair in a private environment, such as a small meeting room, or an out-of-the-way corner of the office.
