Pilates (also via webinar)
Promotes strength, muscle tone, balance, flexibility, endurance and concentration. Pilates is great for desk-bound staff who are at their workstation all day, as it teaches awareness of breathing and spinal alignment while developing the body’s core muscles. Pilates at work is a low-risk activity that is suitable for a wide range of employees, and helps prevent physical injury by increasing balance and strengthening key muscle groups. Sessions are typically one hour long, and a group size of up to fifteen is recommended to ensure appropriate individual attention.
Flexibility and Stretching Classes (also via webinar)
A gentler form of fitness training, similar to yoga.
Cardio Classes, Boot Camp Classes, Boxing Classes
These three, slightly different workplace exercise programs get your heart rate up to get you employees fit and healthy and losing weight.
City 2 Surf Training or Create your own Fun Run
A great office team building idea is to enter a workplace team in the City 2 Surf or create your own Fun run? We can help you plan your event and our fitness instructors can help get your team in shape!
Most of our corporate fitness programs can be held either indoors, outdoors or via online video webinar so that even staff who are working from home can participate.

If you have a specific fitness program in mind but don’t see it on our list, then please call us to discuss your requirements. We’re confident we’ll be able provide you with an expert group fitness instructor or personal trainer to lead your program at a lower cost than any gym membership.
Benefits of a Corporate Fitness Program
Why are more and more employers providing group fitness classes for workplaces? Because group fitness classes motivate your employees to stay fit and healthy which, in turn, saves the employer money by reducing absenteeism. Fit and healthy employees also have improved mental health and attitude, which translates to better workplace morale. Employees that are active and exercise report a higher job satisfaction than employees that don’t do any exercise.
Beyond Blue, Australia’s depression initiative, promotes regular exercise and physical activity as a way to reduce stress and anxiety, and to help in the prevention of, and recovery from, depression.
