Wellness Lab experiences: creative, sensory wellbeing sessions for teams
Give your team a genuinely different way to reset, connect and recharge.
Sometimes, the most powerful wellbeing experiences are the ones people do not expect. A sound bath, a guided walk among trees, a quiet creative session: these moments give staff permission to slow down, be present, and reconnect with themselves and each other in a way a standard workshop cannot.
Wellness Lab Experiences are immersive, sensory wellbeing sessions from Holistic Services Group that help teams relax, reconnect and recharge. The collection includes Sound Meditation (Sonic Relaxation), Nature Connection (Forest Bathing), a Mindful Art Session and a Mindful Tea Ceremony, delivered onsite across Australia and at events, with selected experiences available online.

Why experiential wellbeing matters
Disconnection and low engagement quietly cost teams momentum over time. A single session will not fix chronic stress or lift engagement on its own, but a shared, sensory experience gives a team a genuine opportunity to pause, reconnect and be reminded that their wellbeing is valued, as one part of a broader wellbeing and culture program.
- Global engagement remains low: only 20% of employees worldwide were engaged at work in 2025, the lowest level since 2020, according to Gallup’s State of the Global Workplace 2026 Report.
A Wellness Lab Experience can be a memorable part of a broader approach to reconnecting and supporting your team.
Who this is for
Wellness Lab Experiences suit whole organisations, intact teams, staff at wellbeing days and campaign events, conference and offsite attendees, teams in high-pressure periods, and hybrid teams reconnecting in person. No experience or skill is required to take part.

What the experiences involve
Each experience is led by a specialist facilitator and designed to be inclusive and accessible. The collection includes:
Sound Meditation (Sonic Relaxation)
An immersive soundscape using instruments such as singing bowls and gongs to support relaxation and present-moment attention.
Nature Connection (Forest Bathing)
A slow, guided sensory experience in nature that invites participants to slow down and engage their senses in the natural environment.
Mindful Art Session
A facilitated, low-pressure creative session that supports self-expression and calm.
Mindful Tea Ceremony
A slow, ritual-based experience that brings attention, stillness and connection to a shared moment.
By the end of a session, participants are invited to slow down, become more present and share a different kind of team experience. Experiences are available as a standalone session, as part of a wellbeing day, or as an activation within a larger event or expo, onsite across Australian capitals and regional areas, with selected experiences available online, and can be tailored to your group and setting.
Outcomes you can expect
After delivery, HSG can report on attendance, participation and staff feedback, including what participants found useful or memorable.
As part of a broader wellbeing program, experiential sessions can support morale, connection, in-the-moment stress relief, and provide a visible signal that an organisation cares about its people.
They are not a substitute for clinical support or structural change, but alongside training and everyday wellbeing work, they give teams a genuine, memorable reset.
