Workplace wellness programs built around your organisation
Most workplaces already do something for wellbeing. A massage day here, a webinar there, a mental health morning each October.
The harder question is whether any of it is adding up. For the person responsible for wellbeing, the pressure is real: show staff they are genuinely supported, justify the spend to a sceptical executive, and find a provider you can confidently put your name to. Scattered, one-off activities rarely answer that brief.
Holistic Services Group has designed and delivered workplace wellness programs for Australian organisations since 2003. We bring mental health, leadership, physical wellbeing and team culture together under one provider, tailored to your people and delivered onsite across Australia, online nationwide, or as a blend of both. One relationship, one point of contact, and a program built around what your workforce actually needs.
Trusted by Microsoft, Telstra, Commonwealth Bank, NAB, KPMG, the Australian Federal Police, and the Department of Defence.

Best suited for organisations supporting:
- Organisations moving from one-off wellbeing activities to a coordinated, ongoing program
- HR, People & Culture and WHS teams building a wellbeing calendar across mental health, leadership, physical health and culture
- Workforces of 100 to several thousand staff across corporate, government, healthcare, education and not-for-profit sectors
- Distributed, hybrid and multi-site teams that need consistent delivery onsite and online
- Leadership teams wanting wellbeing outcomes they can report to the board or executive sponsor
- Organisations working to meet psychosocial risk obligations under Australia’s WHS Regulations
The organisational case for a coordinated program
Disconnected activities can create positive moments, but they are difficult to align with workforce needs, organisational priorities or meaningful evaluation. A coordinated program makes it easier to connect initiatives, participation data and feedback across the year.
- Global engagement has declined: Employee engagement fell to 20% in 2025, its lowest level since 2020. Gallup estimates that low engagement cost the world economy approximately US$10 trillion in lost productivity, or 9% of GDP, in its State of the Global Workplace 2026 report.
- Mental ill-health carries broad costs: The Productivity Commission estimated that mental ill-health and suicide cost Australia $200–$220 billion annually, including economic costs and the value of diminished health and life expectancy. Read the Productivity Commission Mental Health Inquiry.
These figures strengthen the case for sustained, organisation-wide action, but they do not predict the return from a particular HSG program. Outcomes depend on program design, participation, leadership support and the wider working environment.

What is a corporate wellness program?
A corporate wellness program (also called a workplace wellness program, a workplace health and wellbeing program, or an employee wellbeing program) is a structured, ongoing set of initiatives an organisation provides to support the mental, physical and social health of its people. Rather than reacting to problems as they surface, it builds consistent support across the year, coordinated by a single provider and tailored to the workforce.
At HSG, a workplace wellness program draws on services across four connected pillars: mental health and resilience, leadership and manager capability, physical wellbeing, and workplace culture and connection. Programs run as one-off sessions, short series, or full annual schedules, delivered onsite, online or in a blended format.
A complete wellbeing offer across four pillars
Most providers cover one slice of wellbeing. HSG covers the whole picture, so you manage one relationship instead of five.
Workplace mental health training, stress and burnout prevention, resilience and growth mindset, psychological safety, positive psychology, work-life balance, and men’s and women’s health workshops.
Leadership development programs, manager mental health training, psychological safety for leaders, difficult conversations training, managing remote and hybrid teams, navigating uncertainty, and emotional intelligence for leaders.
Corporate massage, ergonomic assessments, workplace fitness classes, corporate yoga and Pilates, workplace nutrition programs, and workplace health assessments.
Team building and culture workshops, team cooking experiences, health and wellbeing expos, Wellness Lab experiences, corporate retreats and offsites, keynote speakers, and laughter yoga.
Delivered onsite, online or hybrid, nationwide and across Asia-Pacific
Your people are not all in one place, and your wellbeing program should not assume they are. HSG delivers on-site in every major Australian city and region, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart, and Darwin, as well as regional and remote sites.
Online corporate wellness programs are a core part of what we do, not an afterthought. Every workshop and many of our practical sessions are available via live, interactive wellness webinars, so head office, home-based staff and interstate teams can take part in the same program with consistent learning objectives and facilitation adapted to the online environment. For organisations with people beyond Australia, we deliver virtually across the Asia-Pacific, including New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia. Onsite, online or a blend of both, every employee can be included.

Built around your workforce, not a template
No two workforces carry the same pressures, so no two HSG programs look the same. We design a schedule around your goals, delivery preferences and budget, then coordinate facilitators, scheduling and communications so it runs without adding to your workload, and review participation and feedback at the end of each cycle. For a fully structured 12-month schedule or a bespoke strategy, see HSG’s program options below.
Who delivers your program
HSG programs are facilitated by specialist facilitators, each credentialed in their own discipline, whether that is psychology, counselling, mental health, nutrition, ergonomics, organisational behaviour, fitness or adult education. Every facilitator in HSG’s national network is qualified, insured and vetted before working with clients, and draws on evidence-based methods and HSG’s proprietary Seven Pillars of Personal Health and Seven Pillars of Business Health frameworks. With 20+ years of continuous delivery, HSG’s internal booking data shows client retention above 75%, with most engagements structured as ongoing or bundled arrangements rather than isolated bookings.

What our clients say
Across hundreds of Australian workplaces, HSG programs span disciplines and delivery formats, from national, multi-site schedules to ongoing onsite and online partnerships. Multinet Gas built a month-long series of lunchtime classes into its annual wellbeing program, running yoga, Pilates, tai chi and meditation across four offices nationally, and Goodyear has returned to HSG for multiple wellbeing initiatives delivered both in person and online.
As part of our annual Wellbeing program, we partnered with HSG to offer employees a “trial” series of 30-minute fitness classes throughout the month of May. Each Wednesday lunch time we hosted a different class (Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and Meditation) in 4 of our offices across Australia. Lots of positive feedback was received from employees including “That was fun, I enjoyed it!”, “Never tried Tai Chi before so it was all new, but I loved it”, “Thank you, it was great to have a go”.
We have partnered with Holistic Services Group several times to support our employees with well-being initiatives. Their approach to holistic health and in particular their laughter sessions have made a positive impact. They are a delight to deal with-face to face and online! Thanks team!

Frequently asked questions
Yes. HSG delivers onsite in every major Australian city and region, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart and Darwin, as well as regional and remote locations. Where onsite delivery is not practical, the same programs are available online nationwide.
There is no need for a finished brief or a large budget to begin. HSG works with you to design the right starting point, whether that is a single session, a short series or a full annual program. The first step is a conversation about your organisation and your people; we take it from there.
Yes. Online and hybrid delivery is a core part of HSG’s offer. Workshops and many practical sessions are delivered via live, interactive webinars, so home-based, interstate and overseas staff take part in the same program to the same standard. We deliver virtually nationwide and across the Asia-Pacific region and can blend on-site and online sessions within a single program.
HSG reports on what we can directly measure: participation and attendance, feedback and satisfaction scores, and reported confidence. Over time, our experience shows that a well-run program can support engagement, retention and culture, and contribute to managing absenteeism and presenteeism, though no provider can guarantee a specific figure. The business case is well-evidenced: PwC’s 2014 modelling found an average return of $2.30 for every dollar spent successfully implementing an appropriate workplace mental health action. The analysis covered a range of prevention, early-intervention and return-to-work measures and emphasised leadership support, employee participation and sustained implementation. It should not be interpreted as a guaranteed return from a single program. Read PwC’s workplace mental health ROI report.
An EAP provides confidential individual support and may also offer manager and organisational services. A workplace wellness program has a different role: it builds resilience, capability, culture and physical health across the organisation, before problems take hold. The two can complement each other, but neither replaces an organisation’s duty to identify and control work-related psychosocial risks.
Workplace wellness programs suit organisations of any size that want to support their people in a consistent, structured way, typically workforces of 100 to several thousand staff across corporate, government, healthcare, education and not-for-profit sectors. Programs can support whole workforces, intact teams and individual participants, depending on the services selected, and can be adapted for office-based, frontline, hybrid and distributed workforces. HSG tailors each program to the people taking part.
