Our instructors will tailor the yoga classes to suit your workplace. They adjust the exercises to suit your demographic, and make sure everyone can participate at an enjoyable level.
Choose the type of class:
We offer both online and onsite(in Melbourne) classes, as well as both individual and group classes:
- Onsite yoga classes
We can provide yoga classes at your office or corporate event in Melbourne, and most regional centres in Victoria and throughout Australia. We suggest class sizes of up to 15-20 staff, to guarantee that each attendee receives the necessary one-on-one attention from the instructor and the best experience. We don’t supply yoga mats, so attendees may wish to bring their own, or a towel, to place on the floor. We suggest that participants wear comfortable clothing. - Online yoga classes
If you have staff in Melbourne, as well as staff who work from home or are located in a rural area, then our live online yoga classes are ideal. - Private yoga classes for busy executives
Cutting out the wasteful travel time is a big benefit to busy executives, for whom time is precious. The instructor personalizes the lesson to suit the individuals needs to maximize the benefits. You could also combine the yoga with a meditation session.
Choose the intensity level:
Our instructors can put together yoga classes that focus on different goals:
- Focused on fitness and strength – active and energizing,
The instructor adjusts the difficulty to suit the fitness level of the participants. Even if there are many levels of fitness among the participants, the instructor can give different versions of the same exercise. - Focused on de-stressing – slow and meditative.
- A mixture of both.
Beyond the Pose: Yoga Practices for Calming the Mind and Body
You can also choose to include one of the following, relaxing, forms of yoga as the last 10 or 15 minutes of your session:
- Pranayama breathing techniques
Pranayama is the fourth limb of the eight limbs of Ashtanga yoga. Western yoga classes usually don’t include any pranayama exercises; but they’re becoming more common now that people are more aware of the health benefits and ability to relieve stress. In this relaxing guided meditation, the person lays on their back and instructor guides them to focus on each part of their body, one at a time, relaxing the muscles and focusing on the breath. It’s an extremely good technique for calming the mind and releasing stress.

Our yoga instructor, Fiona, was very personable and professional. She made the session fun, relaxing and motivating all at once. I also liked how she aimed it at all levels of experience and was able to cater for one of our staff members with an injury.

As you would expect, we offer lower prices per session if you book more than one session.
Travel Fee: We have corporate yoga instructors based all over Melbourne and throughout much of Victoria, however, if we don’t happen to have an instructed within 20km of your corporate location, then we may need to charge a travel fee.
