- Onsite yoga classes
We provide in-person yoga sessions at your office or event in Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, the Gold Coast, and other major regional towns in Queensland and throughout Australia. To ensure the instructor is able to provide attendees with the necessary individual attention, we suggest that classes do not exceed 15-20 people. Attendees should bring a towel or a yoga mat, to be placed on the floor, if they want to. And, of course, wearing comfortable clothing is recommended. - Online yoga classes
If you have multiple offices in Brisbane or throughout Queensland, or you have work-from-home staff, then the answer is a live online yoga session. - Personal yoga instructor for executives
Personalized sessions in their office will save your executives a lot of travel time and keep them fit and sharp to perform at their peak. The instructor tailors the lesson to meet the executive’s unique requirements in order to optimize the benefits. A meditation session can also be incorporated.
Choose the level of activity:
We can provide classes with different levels of intensity to suit your aims, ranging from:
- Fitness and strength – active and energizing.
Our instructors ask participants what level they want and if there are a variety of levels, the instructor will provide different versions of each pose to suit the different levels. - Relaxation and stress relief – slow and meditative.

Yoga Nidra and Pranayama for Calming the Mind and Body
You can also choose to include one of the following, relaxing, forms of yoga as the last 10 or 15 minutes of your session:
- Pranayama breathing
Ashtanga yoga is said to have eight ‘limbs’ and Pranayama is the fourth limb. In the West, pranayama hasn’t usually been included in yoga classes, but it’s becoming more common because these breathing exercises help to improve mental clarity and relieve stress. In this guided meditation, the person lays on their back and slowly scans each part of their body, relaxing each muscle while they focus on their breath. It’s a very effective way to release stress and calm the mind.

Travel Fee: We have corporate yoga instructors based in Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast, however, if we don’t have an instructor located within 20km of your office, a travel fee will be applied.
