Stress Down Day is Lifeline Australia’s annual workplace fundraiser. Mental health is an important and often-overlooked part of our country’s human potential, wellbeing and quality of life.

Each year, over 1 million Australians reach out to Lifeline for support (Lifeline Australia, Data & Statistics).

Stress Down Day is typically held in July each year – see stressdown.org.au for this year’s date and how to register your workplace.

Looking for an activity on the day? HSG offers stress management courses that will help your staff to be more resilient and remain productive despite the inevitable stresses of a modern workplace.
